Our biltong is crafted using premium cuts of silverside beef marinated in a traditional blend of South African spices.
We use imported silverside cuts of beef from an independant farm in South Australia. We've used beef from all around the world and this is by far, the best cuts of meat for biltong. A nice healthy amount of fat which is also used in our droewors and boerewors and majority of the time, amazing marbling on the meat.
It's not the cheapest to import however we pride ourselves on making great biltong and this initially starts from great meat.
